Virtual Enterprise Modeling
The Internet created a new world, called the web sphere where virtual organizations can conduct business in a way it was inconceivable years ago with the traditional brick and mortar model. The concept may be difficult to swallow by those who are used to the traditional brick and mortar business model, however, a virtual company can offer unlimited opportunities. The first is mind boggling savings and hence profit potential. For example, you can publish a magazine for next to nothing by cutting out printing and distribution costs.

One of the major reasons why you should go virtual is to operate anywhere, anytime and with anybody. The world of business has become global, taking advantage of local talents and opportunities. Global presence should be achieved via a strong web site as well as strategically well placed foreign corporations in business friendly jurisdictions. The time is here where small businesses can operate globally just as well as large multi-nationals. You can even operate 24 hours a day even if human labor is involved by running parts of your production in different time zones. To achieve all of the above a new business process model (BPM) is needed that is appropriate in the era of the Internet (your office is in the cloud, your secretary is rented and your employees work for a vertical business provider, e.g. telemarketing). That is, it is time for team collaboration, parts of your company is a team of companies that provide the services, cost effectively, that the myriad of employees did in the past at a much higher price.
Please feel free to contact us to request more details on how you could set up your new web sphere.
Next you can eliminate your physical office, have employees that you do not hire and produce goods in factories that you do not own and operate. All of this is woven together with a virtual model that operates on the web and driven by a clever architecture, good software and a global network of vertical companies. You can even penetrate the local markets by placing a virtual presence in various parts of the world.
